102 Year Old Guest of Honour
102 year old William Barnett was a guest of honour at the recent wedding of Barty House carer Samantha.
William was delighted to be invited by Samantha and husband Jonathan to their September wedding.
Fellow guests Dan and Tom helped William to get ready.
Dressed in his best suit, with a flower buttonhole and a splash of his best aftershave, William looked fabulous!
All three went off in a taxi to the wedding which was held locally in Maidstone.
Staff confess that William is one of their favourite residents at the Bearsted nursing home, part of the Canford Healthcare Group.
William has a wonderful sense of humour, and we are sure he had some great advice for the newlyweds.
We haven't yet asked Samantha what advice William gave her as we snapped this great moment.
